University of Jammu MBA International Business (MBA-IB) Admission Session 2016

University of Jammu announces admission to the two-year full time programme MBA-International Business through International Centre for Cross Cultural Research and Human Research Management (ICCCR and HRM) in The Business School, University of Jammu. The notification for University of Jammu MBA- IB (International Business) Admission 2016 has been announced. 

University of Jammu, founded in year 1969 under the Kashmir and Jammu Universities Act 1969 and is certified as ‘A’ class University by National Assessment & Accreditation Council of India, followed by divergence of the former University of Jammu and Kashmir

The University offers directions in such fields of education as it believes on top form as well as creates prerequisite for research and the progression as well as distribution of knowledge

Eligibility

The prospective candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree (10+2+3 pattern), with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA in any discipline from a recognized Indian University or any other equivalent examination with 50% marks

The candidates who have appeared or are appearing in the final year of qualifying examination in 2015/2016, as the case may be, can also apply provisionally

However, such candidates shall have to produce the proof of having passed their bachelor degree examination with the requisite percentage of marks by the date specified by the University of Jammu

Intake: 30 Seats

Selection Criteria

The candidates who are desiours of seeking admission to the course and have appeared in CAT-2015/AIMA-MAT (May 2015/September 2015/December 2015) or are appearing in AIMA-MAT (February 20116), are required to apply separately

Valid CAT/MAT score; group discussion and personal interview; academic weightage shall be the criteria and thus the overall scores evaluated there of shall be the basis for selection

Application Form

The application forms are available in the office of ICccR & HRM on all working days between 10.00 am to 05.00 pm, against a Bank Draft of Rs.500/- drawn in favour of Director, ICccR and HRM, University of Jammu, payable at Jammu

The application form may be downloaded from the website of the University of Jammu www.jammuuniversity.in and returned to the office of the Business School, University of Jammu along with the demand draft of Rs.500/- drawn in favour of Director, International Centre for Cross Cultural Research and Human Resource Management (ICCCR and HRM), University of Jammu-180006

Note: As per MBA-IB statutes, admission in the first instance shall be made on the basis of valid CAT score; if seats remain vacant the same shall be filled using valid MAT score

University of Jammu uses CAT/MAT score for shortlisting the candidates for the MBA-IB program further CAT/MAT score constitute one of the parameters of selection, besides other components as per statutes and norms of University of Jammu
