Shree Chanakya Education Society’s Indira Group of Institutes, Pune invite applications for admission to Post Graduate DiplomaCourses through Indira Common Admission Process (ICAP) – 2016. The notification for Indira Group of Institutes Pune PGDM Admission 2016 through ICAP has been announced.  

Programs Offered

I. Indira School of Business Studies (ISBS): Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) and; Post Graduate Diploma in Management-Marketing (PGDM-Mkt)

II. Indira Institute of Management (IIMP): Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM)

Program Details

The PGDM Program offered in ISBS is approved by AICTE. This is two-years full time Program comprising of four semesters. For PGDM (General) Program, the specializations offered are Marketing, Finance, Human Resources Management, Banking & Financial Services and Pharma Management

IIMP Pune is the flagship institute of Indira Group of Institutes. IIMP is the very first Mgt. Institute in Pune and the third in Maharashtra to be accredited by prestigious National Board of Accreditation of All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi for its MBA Program

IIMP offers full time and AICTE approved PGDM Program. The entire programs is split into four semesters including summer internship program of 2 months

Eligibility Criteria

A candidates is declared eligible for PGDM Courses, if he/she has passed the degree examination of a recognized university with a minimum of 50% marks and minimum 45% marks for backward class candidates from anywhere in India. Such candidate’s application must be accompanied with relevant caste certificates and non-creamy layer certificate at the time of confirming the admission

Absence of such certificate at the time of submitting the admission application forms for admission to the course disqualifies them from reserved category seats, and such candidates will be considered for open/general category

Final year degree students, who have not received their result will be allowed to appear for the admission process, provided at the time of taking admission they have a certificate from their college/university about being a final year student awaiting result

Valid Test for PGDM admissions 2016 are: CMAT/CAT/XAT/MAT/ATMA

Candidate must have a valid score card of any of the above tests at the time of submission

Selection Procedure

Short listing of candidates for admission will be based on Indira Common Admission Process (ICAP) - 2016

Admission will be based on performance of candidates in following categories of ICAP:

Percentile score in written Test of Identified Entrance Tests: 50%

Group Discussion: 30%

Personal Interview: 20%

Note: The percentile scores of different entrance tests will be normalized by using a multiplier

Centres for GD, PI and Counseling: GD, PI and Counseling will be conducted in the following cities: Pune, Surat, Bhopal, Ranchi, Nagpur, Raipur, Indore, Kolkata, Lucknow, Patna, Jaipur, Delhi and Ahmedabad

How to Apply

Stage 1: Candidates will fill up the ICAP online registration form from GD, PI Counseling, available on www.icap.indiraedu.com

Online registration will begin on 01st November 2015 and it will close on 05th April 2016 for the candidates appearing other than Pune and 13th April 2016 for the candidates appearing in Pune

Stage 2: GD, IP and Counseling Process

Candidates will be required to be present in their choice of the city for ICAP process of GD, PI and Counseling:

For Pune: 28th Nov 2015, 12th Dec 2015; 09th Jan 2016; 27th Feb 2016; 19th Mar 2016 and 17th Apr 2016 (at Universe Campus)

For Ahmedabad, Delhi, Indore, Jaipur, Kolkata, Lucknow, Nagpur, Patna and Raipur: 10th April 2016

For Surat, Bhopal, and Ranchi: 09th April 2016
