he NMAT (NMIMS Management Aptitude Test) is one of the most popular entrance exams for the admission to the MBA programmes offered by the NMIMS (Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Study) and others. It is a National level postgraduate management courses entrance examination and it is open for the all Indian candidates.


The NMIMS is a private university located in the Mumbai and has been established in the year 1981. It is a private Institution which is included in the B-Schools of India. The university is being conferred as a deemed to be university and accredited by the NAAC and ISO 9001:2000 certification. It has four campuses in Mumbai, Bangaluru, Hyderabad and Shirpur. The university conducts the NMAT for the admission to management programmes offered by all four campuses.

NMAT by GMAC 2016 Eligibility Criteria: The NMAT by GMAC 2016 applicants should be graduates in any discipline from a recognized university with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.

NMAT by GMAC 2016 Application Procedure: Candidates have to login to the official website of NMAT by GMAC to register for the exam. The candidates have to schedule the NMAT by GMAC 2016 exam by paying the registration fee through Net Banking, Credit/Debit Card or Demand Draft.

NMAT by GMAC 2016 Admit Card: The admit cards will be available to the candidates after the registration process gets over. Candidates can download it from the official website.

NMAT by GMAC 2016 Exam Pattern: NMAT by GMAC 2016 is a multiple choice objective type computer based exam. The duration of the exam is 2 hours and the students have to answer a total of 120 questions. The overall exam will be divided into three sections, Quantitative Skills, Language Skills and Logical Reasoning. The sections are timed but there is no particular order in which the sections have to be attempted by the test taker. There is no negative marking in the exam. The computer based NMAT by GMAC 2016 exam will be conducted by GMAC in partenrship with Pearson Vue.

NMAT by GMAC 2016 Selection Process: First the candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of their NMAT by GMAC 2016 exam scores. Later the shortlisted candidates have to appear for Group/Case Discussion, Personal Interview and or Written Ability Test.
